When do sales start?

New sales start every day at 7am and appear on the Casafina homepage. Simply click on each sale to view the full range of products available.

How long do sales last?

Sales last on average for 72 hours. Product quantities are limited and popular items regularly sell out so to avoid disappointment make sure you visit the sale early.

How do I know when new sales start?

Casafina members receive a daily email direct to their inbox at 7am every day highlighting new sales so that you never miss out.

Can I modify my order after it has been placed?

Once your order has been confirmed, it is not possible for you to change the products within it. However if you would like to change your delivery address or cancel your order, please contact our customer care team with the details of your order. If your order has already shipped when you decide to cancel it, you will need to return the order to us.

What does SRP mean?

Where no RRP exists, the Suggested Retail Price, or SRP, will be used.

I have made more than one order on the same day – can you group them all into one parcel so that I only pay one delivery charge?

We are not able to gather different orders placed at different times in to one parcel and send as one package with one delivery cost to you. All individually checked-out orders will be treated as separate, even if the different orders are made on the same day.

What are the payment options at Casafina?

When will payment be taken?

Payment will be taken immediately after placing your order, once your card has been authorised; you will receive an email confirming that your order has been successful.

What should I do if I have forgotten my password?

Go to the login page, enter your email address and click the ‘Forgotten password?’ link. We will send a password reminder to your email inbox.

How do I change my name, password, email or address?

You can change your personal details in the ’My Account’ section of the Casafina website.

How can I unsubscribe from daily emails?

You can choose to modify the frequency of emails you receive in the Preferences section of ’my account’. Simply select the ’weekly email’ option to receive fewer emails. To completely unsubscribe from all Casafina emails simply select unsubscribe. Alternatively you can easily unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link in the daily email.

How do I get vouchers for inviting friends?

Invite vouchers are automatically emailed to you when your invited friend makes their first purchase. You can invite friends to Casafina here.

When you invite a friend, they receive a voucher; when they make a purchase, you receive a voucher. You will receive an email with your voucher code. You can also visit the ’My Account’ section of the website to view all invitations. Your voucher code will also appear at the checkout.

Inviting friends to Casafina will enable your friends to shop our wide range of desirable home & interior products.

Your friend will receive their exclusive voucher code and when your friend makes their first purchase you’ll get a reward in return enabling you to save even more on the products you love.
